"I highly recommend Imran for any heating and plumbing services. I've used him a number of times over the years, both when my boiler has broken down and for regular servicing, and he's been outstanding on every single visit. He knows everything there is to know about boilers, whatever the issue, he diagnoses it quickly and explains what's wrong without any jargon or upselling. What really sets him apart is that he usually carries parts for the common boiler makes with him, so more often than not he can sort the problem there and then instead of leaving you without heating for days while parts are ordered. If not, he will let you know when he can get it fixed. He's tidy, thoroughly professional, and his prices are very reasonable, with no inflated call-out fees or unnecessary extras. It's rare to find a tradesman this knowledgeable, reliable and honest. Whether it's a breakdown or just an annual service, Imran is the man to call. Five stars without hesitation."
